Malaga is the Capital of the Costa del Sol, rich in history and culture and with ample availability of modern bars and gourmet restaurant. The penthouse is next to the famous shopping areas such as Plaza Uncibay and Calle Larios as well as the main city attractions: The Gothic Cathedral, The Ancient Roman Theatre, The 11th century Gibrafaro Castle and various museums and galleries (Picasso, Thyssen, Revello de Toro, Centre Pompidou, etc). The city marina and the long Malagueta beach are only 15 minutes walk away.
A multi storey car park accepting cards payments is in close vicinity. A supermarket “DIA” is at 100mt distance and a “Carrefour Express”(open 365) at about 100 m distance.

The kitchen, equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for 2 people, has a 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and tea bags, toaster, Nespresso machine and capsules,fridge,dishwasher and washing machine.
All bed linen and towels are provided .
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning cooling and heating system, 43” TV and Fast WiFi accessible throughout the flat and a first aid kit is available.
I will personally meet our guests to hand keys over at check-in , show around the apartment and answer any questions you may have about the city and places to visit. I will be available during your staying to answer to questions and to provide any assistance that might be required.
If at all possible we will not charge extra fees for late check-in or late check-out.

The apartment is easily accessible from Malaga Airport :
**by bus - Line A (approximately 38 minutes and 11 stops away and costing 3 euros, exit at Alameda Principal, which is a 15 minute walk from the apartment);
**by train – approximately 23 minutes and 3 stops away and costing 1.50 euros, exit at Malaga Centro Alameda, which is a 25 minute walk from the apartment;
**by taxi: We work with a personalized pick up service at the airport, cost € 25 for up to 4 people and € 35 for 5 to 8 people. It takes about 15 minutes and leaves you at the door of the building.
