-Strict hygiene and safety measures are adopted in all our apartments. -High temperature and antibacterial programmes are used to washing sheets, towels and beddings. -Our Cleaning and Check-in Teams are trained on risk prevention and use prescribed PPEs such as face masks, gloves, gel alcohol hands sanitiser. -Ozone cannon (approved by the W.H.O) is used between bookings to ensure residual bacterias and viruses are eliminated.
The apartment is fully available to our guests. The kitchen, equipped with crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils for 4 people, has a 3-ring hob, microwave, kettle and tea bags, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, fridge and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included.
The apartment is equipped with a new centralized air conditioning, cooling and heating system, 55" SmartTV + Netflix HD account, fast access to WiFi Fiber Optic and a first aid kit is available. From summer 2019 available to our guest SEA TOWELS ;)

If at all possible we will not charge extra fees for late check-in or late check-out. These terms are available by negotiation.

Malaga is the capital of the Costa del Sol, rich in history, culture and with a wide availability of modern bars and gourmet restaurants. The Apartment is close to the famous shopping areas, such as Uncibay Square and Calle Larios, as well as the main attractions of the city: the Gothic cathedral, the ancient Roman theater, the 11th-century Gibralfaro Castle and several museums and galleries (Picasso , Thyssen, Revello de Toro, Pompidou Center, etc.). Pier1 and the long Malagueta beach are only 15 minutes away on foot. A multi-storey car park that accepts payments with cards at 200 mt. A supermarket "DIA" is 200mt away and a "Carrefour Express" (open 365 days / year) about 250mt away.
The apartment is easily accessible from Malaga Airport :
**by bus - Line A (approximately 38 minutes and 11 stops away and costing 3 euros, exit at Alameda Principal, which is a 15 minute walk from the apartment);
**by train – approximately 23 minutes and 3 stops away and costing 1.50 euros, exit at Malaga Centro Alameda, which is a 25 minute walk from the apartment;
**by taxi: We work with a personalized pick up service at the airport, cost € 25 for up to 4 people and € 35 for 5 to 8 people. It takes about 15 minutes and leaves you at the door of the building.
